The Express Entry Labor Market Stream of New Brunswick functions through a system of EOI. If you are qualified for the stream you must create a profile in the federal Express Entry pool. You have to then present an EOI to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program through email.

Assessment Grid

You have to secure a minimum of 65 points on the grid for assessment to qualify to file an EOI for the Entrepreneurial Stream. Business Requirements

To qualify for the Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream, you must operate and own a thriving business in the province for at least 1 year. This business has to also fulfill certain extra requirements. You must have 100% ownership of the business and be involved actively in its everyday management. 
 
You must also obtain remuneration from your business that fulfills the minimum LICO – Low-Income Cut-Off with an extra 10%. The business has to be an entity for-profit and have a minimum of one Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada as a full-time employee.
 

New Brunswick Skilled Worker Applicants having Employer Support

Employer Support Skilled Worker Applicants stream is aimed at highly skilled overseas workers having a lawful offer of a job from an employer in New Brunswick province. The job offer must be for a position at NOC National Occupational Classification Skill Level B, A, or 0. If the job offer is for a position at NOC Skill Level D or C, it must be categorized as a NOC Skill Type 9, 8, 7, 3, or 1 for being considered as valid.
